In this story Mandrake confronted with a Alien from the distant star who eat gold as a food as well as source of Vitamin. On the request of Jed (Chief of Inter Intel) Mandrake try to solve the huge amount of gold disappearing mystery from the government vault throughout the country, during the investigation Mandrake realize that the gold was stolen by the snakelike metallic robots which are controlled by the Metallic alien from the distance star.
